The CLG stewards the OHT - ÉSO's work to achieve its collective vision and commitments, facilitating planning and engagement for the broader partnership.

 It is responsible for making sure the work of the action teams aligns with the OHT - ÉSO 's overall vision, mission and commitments, and for monitoring progress and impact.

Our CLG is made up of representatives from our Client Partner Table, our Primary Care Partner Table, and these Partner Organizations.
